Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a serviced apartment or condo building. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.


Service Description

Doorstep Express - Valet Trash Service provides door-to-door trash and recycling collection services for residents of apartment and condo buildings. Our service includes:

• Scheduled collection of trash and recyclables placed outside your unit door.

• Optional bulk item pickups for an additional fee.
   

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, without notice or liability.


Payment Terms

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain a high level of service, Doorstep Express makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or timeliness of our services. We will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur as a result of using our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

 
Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. However, no refunds will be issued for partial months of service. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion if there is a service error or for any exceptional circumstances.


Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to adjusting pickup schedules, changing pricing, or amending our operational procedures. You will be notified of any significant changes in advance.


Warranties and Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that trash and recycling are properly bagged and placed outside your unit in accordance with our guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in missed pickups, and we reserve the right to refuse service if these standards are not met.

You must ensure that no hazardous or prohibited materials are included in your trash, such as flammable items, toxic chemicals, or sharp objects. Violations of this rule may result in immediate suspension of your service.


Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Doorstep Express - Valet Trash Service and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this website without our written consent.


Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these T&C, or misuse of the service.

These T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Edmonton, Alberta.

We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the modified T&C.
