Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Doorstep Express - Valet Trash Service subscription at any time. However, we do not issue refunds for partial months of service. Upon cancellation, service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will be terminated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided. However, if there is an error with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the incident. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for exceptional cases, such as a billing mistake or a service disruption.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Modifications to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
